Weddings typically book 6–14 months out, especially for peak season. Corporate events and private parties can often be booked with a few weeks' notice — reach out even if your date is close.
We work with you and your venue on an indoor or covered backup — the bar setup moves wherever your rain plan already lives. Let us know your rain-plan location when you book.
We arrive about 90 minutes before your event starts and handle full teardown at the end — both are included in every package, no extra charge.
